When compared with the end of February, the end of March saw a 13% rise in Ann Arbor Condo inventory. As the spring market begins and condo values continue to rise, many sellers are finding that they are able to sell their condos, when they were previously unable to. Due to strong buyer demand and more units available for sale, there is also a rise in the number of contracts pending, up 34%.
